The information we ask for in this section is used for MACE related activities. Main Address is required, a second address is suggested.
Proposal
Keep the Title short, 10 words or less. Make your Abstract accurate and enticing. It will be used on the web and in the program booklet, 75 words or less. Use the Comments field to supply additional information for the planning committee. Please list in Software Needs exactly what software you will be using. If your presentation uses an external website please list the URL. The planning committee will determine installation procedures. Use the Pull-Down menus to supply additional information for the planning committee. Check with the Conference Co-Chairs to see what equipment may be available in presenter rooms. Additional equipment needs are the presenter responsibility.
Proposals due by November 20, 2015. If your proposal is accepted, you will be notified within three weeks after the due date. You may be asked to repeat your session. If your proposal is accepted, the conference registration fee is waived for the Presenter. Lodging is your responsibility. Please be sure to view the Presenter Information.
