Registration

Registration for the KSTL competition is a two step process.

In Step #1 you will register information about your...

  • School
  • Advisors
  • Billing contact

School Registration for the 2012 competition will open October 1, 2012 and close on March 2, 2012.

We will ONLY do Step #1 of the registration process during this time period. You will not need to know your Individual or Group presentations at this time.

On March 5, 2012, and closing on March 15, 2012 at 3:00 pm, we will begin registration Step #2.

In Step #2 you will register your...

  • Individual presentations
  • Group presentations

During this time period we will accept ONLY Individual and Group presentations.

Schools signed up in Step #1 will receive an email reminding them we are ready for Step #2.

Registration Step #1

Please read the directions below before beginning the process, you may wish to have a copy of these directions handy while completing the registration process. If you have questions please contact us.

Navigation Tips

  • You may use the TAB key, or click in the field, to move from field to field.
  • If your mouse uses a scroll wheel, pay attention to your selections in the pull-down menus, moving the wheel can cause your choice in the menu to change. Please double-check these entries.

Step #1 - Register your School

You MUST fill out this form for EACH School you are bringing to the competition. DO NOT combine multiple schools on one form!

  1. Go to the School registration form by clicking here...
  2. Please read the directions at the top of the form.
  3. Fill in the School Name. Please use your school name and not your District and/or USD number.
  4. Fill in the Advisor Information, please read and follow the directions on the form.
  5. Fill in Advisor #2 Information if you have a second Advisor coming with the group.
  6. Fill in the Team Information, please read and follow the directions on the form.
  7. Transportation, how many cars, vans, and/or buses you will be coming in. (see note below)
  8. Tell us who to bill in Billing Contact Information.
  9. Tell us how you will be paying in Payment Method.
  10. Read the Terms, if you have questions contact us.
  11. Review your form, once submitted you will have to contact us to make corrections.
  12. When all is good click the Submit Registration button at the bottom of the form.
  13. The next page you should see is your Confirmation page, print it out for your records.
  14. If you see a mistake you will have to contact us so we can make the changes.
  15. To register another School click Submit a Registration - School in the top left corner.
  16. If you are done exit your browser.

Note for Step #7: If multiple schools are sharing transportation, please have just one school fill in the Transportation section of the registration form. Advisors talk this out before filling in the form.
