MACE & ITN Vendor Registration 2026
This form is specifically for vendors to register their sponsorship level at MACE & ITN. Please be sure to read the Conference Vendor page before filling out this form. If you have questions concerning the information needed for this form, please contact Brandon Riffel at vendors@mace-ks.org. Both events will be located at the Kansas State Alumni Center, Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas. - Information Technology Network (ITN) with other presentations on March 4th, 2026 Vendor Exhibition: Wednesday, March 4th, 2025, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - MACE Conference on March 5th & March 6th, 2026 Vendor Exhibition: Thursday, March 5, 2026, 7:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.
Levels of Participation
We are offering Vendors multiple options of participation at Spring MACE & ITN.
Choices available include the following…
MACE Only
Silver - $500: Booth with 2 Representatives at MACE
Gold - $750: Booth with 2 Representatives and 1 Presentation at MACE
Vendor Deep Dive - $500: 2 hour presentation at MACE with 2 Presenters
Premier Vendor - $2000: Booth with 5 Representatives, 3 MACE Presentations
Premier Exhibitor - $2000: Room at MACE with 4 Representatives
ITN Only – $1000: Booth with 3 Representatives & Presentation
MACE and ITN
Gold Plus - $1500, 2 Representatives, 1 Presentation at both ITN and MACE
*Premier Vendor Plus - $2500, 5 Representatives, 2 Presentations at both ITN and MACE

NOTES
- Additional representatives in your booth at $150 each.
- A wired Internet connection is available for a fee of $50.
- Premier space is limited, this limit is set by the number of available rooms we have for presentations.
- For all registered Silver and Gold participants we offer a 1/4 page advertisement in the brochure for $500, you supply the artwork. See Advertisement in the Brochure on the Need to Know page.
- Vendor area is open on Thursday only, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
- Vendor booths are to remain open until 4:45 p.m.
- Conference Fee is in U.S. Dollars.
